By placing an order, you confirm all details provided are accurate, including your email and delivery address.
You’ll receive an email confirming your order. Please check your junk/spam folder.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

We ship within the UK, Europe, and internationally. Import duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
All items are sent via Royal Mail: 2nd Class Signed For or Special Delivery (recommended for orders over £50). International orders are sent Tracked & Signed.
If you provide an incorrect address, we cannot be held responsible. Re-delivery will incur additional charges.

Your jewellery will arrive in protective, eco-conscious packaging. Please reuse or recycle where possible.
Each item includes an organic cotton pouch for safe storage.

We do not accept returns or exchanges – please choose carefully.
Ring resizing may be possible for a fee (not available for rings with stones or wax-to-silver pieces).
Faulty items can be repaired or replaced. Contact us within 3 working days of receipt.
Refunds are only issued if a fault cannot be resolved. Items must be unworn and returned in original packaging within 14 days.
Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
